"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. My room was well provided with aircon, ceiling fan, fridge, kettle, TV, wet room and balcony. The house was always kept clean. It was only let down by a shabby pool area. If returning to the area, I would go back to this guest house. "
