There are additional eating trays for those who like to eat in the living room while watching TV.

The building has 4 units total. There is an outside entry to the building itself, our building entry has a touch pad keyless entry which we share with one neighbor. Our condo is on the second floor and also has a keyless touch pad entry. The off street parking is shared with 7 other units and is first come first serve. Please discuss parking arrangements with host.
Other things to note
There is absolutely no smoking in the condo. If guest need to smoke outside, please throw away your cigarette butts.
