"My best friend and I came to Columbus for a concert. The staff at the desk were absolutely amazing. Very helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious. All around it was a great stay. A little pricey in my opinion and I don’t believe parking should have been extra but I would pay it again."

"Good location in the heart of Downtown Columbus. Staff was helpful and the area seemed safe. The room could have used some updating. The toilet made a high pitch noise about every 15 to 20 minutes which woke us up in the middle of the night. There was no hot water for late morning shower (10 am)."
