"Stayed overnight for a concert. The hotel was clean and the staff were decent. Most of the time they were watching tv in the foyer. The room was clean, the air conditioner didn’t have adjustable settings and wouldn’t turn off. There is a pool, but we saw a dog in the area and chose not to swim. Breakfast is free, so seeing that it wasn’t very appealing wasn’t a surprise."

"Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. From the clean, beautifully decorated room to the fun vibe at the front desk and the dining/ bar area, we absolutely enjoyed everything about the Hotel Indigo Columbus!! Tripp, the resident bichon frise was so cute, and I loved that there is a betta named Flipp that travelers can take to their room with they want to! Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and looked like they actually like their jobs, which was refreshing and helped the vibe. We will absolutely stay there again in the future!!"
