We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Great location to the Convention Center, which was the reason for our trip. We had 4 couples and kids on the trip. The 3rd floor that had 2 big beds and a small bed, worked great for all of the kids to be together in one area and they had their own bathroom! One thing that wasn't mentioned in the listing was that the 4th King bed bedroom was in the garage. We had to make some adjustments because we didn't want to put any adults by themselves in the garage. The kids were disappointed that there was no pool table like the listing showed but the hot tub made up for that. The host had good communication and handled things quickly and efficiently. We did not use the laundry facilities, and we had all meals at the house and the large dining room that is open to the living room was great for everyone to hangout in one area and socialize! Beds were comfortable and the water was HOT.

Home is near Ohio State. We walked to stadium. Large home fits 0ver 10 people. Great kitchen. Home had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Safe neighborhood for walking. Supermarket is feet’s away from front door. Starbucks is there as well. I would definitely rent again.

It was easy to book and communicate with the host, even though we arrived late we were able to checkin easily! The place house was clean and comfortable and close enough for us to walk where we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting Columbus!

Very cozy property for our two night stay visiting Columbus. Adequately housed all nine of us (five adults, four children) with plenty of room to spare. Would gladly stay here again!

This is easily the best place to stay for a night out on the town. Was within a 10 minute walking distance of some really cool dive bars and clubs, the house itself it’s gorgeous and very clean. It was the perfect fit for our group of 13. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. Would stay again!

Convenient location and very clean

We went with friends to see our son's band perform at the Newport Music Hall. There were 6 of us and it was plenty big enough. It was very clean and the location was convenient to High Street. The owner was very responsive. We couldn't figure out the heat and he responded within a couple of minutes. I would stay here again.

Things aren’t always as they appear…

The photos were nice and the location fit our need, so we booked. Upon arrival, many disappointments set in quickly. First of all, nowhere in the listing does it say the 6th bedroom is located in a detached garage, with no restroom! The ‘Playroom’ items were in bad shape and no pool table. The patio table/chairs are no longer useable. All the cushions were stained/mildewed and ripped. The grill was lying on the ground with empty propane tanks. So our family steak dinner had to wait until we returned home. Hot tub is clean but only one corner of jets work. Inside was nice but the baseboard coverings were missing in areas or falling off which was a big concern with a baby crawling having access to the sharp metal/hot copper pipes. Also, unsure of building codes in Columbus but there was not a single GFI outlet at any of the sinks and faucets. The stove was confusing. Washer and dryer didn’t work fully either. Host should check the quality of the cleaners work occasionally. Home was very clean but when searching for baby pacifier, the debris under sofa was upsetting. I feel bad writing this review and have NEVER written one like this but based on what we found during our stay vs. the previous single review from November 2024 and the ad’s photos, it felt necessary to do so, so others are aware prior to booking. The home could be a gem if these issues get fixed. Host was friendly/caring but unfortunately, the issues wouldn’t have been able to get fixed during our stay.

Christmas gathering

I love old houses and their quirkiness. This one fit the bill, especially with the squeaky original staircase. I was impressed by how well every square inch of the house was used. The kitchen was nice with excellent storage and top of the line appliances. It was the perfect place for a family gathering.
