"Stayed here 2 years ago, it WAS nice, quiet and clean. Now? It's a mess. Loud people all night in parking lot in n out of noisy side doors, old worn dirty rooms, not enough staff. There are plenty of BETTER CHOICES on Hutchinson ALONE let alone the rest of the area. And MANAGEMENT DON'T EVEN BOTHER REPLYING I should have contacted front desk, the ONLY person working there was busy checking in waiting customers 7 deep. Avoid this location, shop around!"
"The refrigerator in the room was incredibly loud. The breakfast was lacking as the coffee was always out and the people preparing the breakfast did not have good hygiene for food preparation practices. Additionally, we had lukewarm water at best in the shower the entire stay When I called attention to it with the staff, they said I’m so sorry about that. I asked if that was all they were going to do, they said yes. We were provided with two washcloths and four towels for four guests. No ice machine available as they were broken. It’s gone downhill a lot!"
