The employee who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. I always bring my own disinfectant wipes and wipe down all surfaces upon entering hotel rooms. Our room was spotless upon arriving and we had a very comfortable stay!

Breakfast was basic coffee and muffins or breakfast bars. Honestly didn't bother me because there is a Wendy's and Speedway right there. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe and staff was friendly. That to me was more important than the breakfast option.

Came down for the Ohio State game. Well worth the money, convenient location and lots of food options nearby. Polaris mall is only a 2 minute drive which is also a big plus. Had no problems during the stay and would for sure stay again!

Check in staff was great. Room was adequate, bath tub was horrible where it had been painted to touch it up and made to look clean, mold under soap holder. (btw, I work for a bathroom remodeling company in Ohio so when you’re ready to make them nice give me a call) Had to ask for any kitchen ware to use. No ice machines. Couldn’t sleep so I was awake at 3am when I realized this “ no smoking” hotel must have had Cheech & Chong check in because the smell of weed was so strong it was sickening. When I called the front desk about it she asked me if it was in my room only or other parts of the hotel, I told her I didn’t know as I was not roaming around a hotel in the middle of the night to find out. I ended up checking out a day early and paying to be somewhere nicer and that felt safer.
