• Driveway parking only available for up to 2 vehicles. Please note that street parking is not permitted.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:
o (1) located at the front door and monitoring the walkway into the home as well as a partial view of yard and street,
o (2) located at the side of the garage and monitoring the driveway and walkway up to the home as well as a partial view of the street, and
o (3) located at the back of the home and monitoring the patio area as well as a partial view of the yard.
