This location was very clean and was exactly as the host described. The beds were comfortable and the shower was really nice. Washer and dryer were clean and worked great. It's in a quiet town and a short walk to the historic town square with several shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the donut shop (open till noon but they close when they sell out. Arrive early!) We felt very safe here in town and the apartment. There's a large grocery store a couple miles away outside of the historic part of town.

My daughter loved that Taco Bell and McDonald’s were so close after a long day of Horse showing! Everything was neat and clean, and everything was described very easily! Will definitely look into booking you again for future horse shows next summer!

Very clean property. Loved all the extra towels and blankets. Very clean, beds comfy. If you have trouble with stairs this might not be the place for you. Loved being able to walk to town for dinner and yummy donuts!

Great apartment with very easy access to downtown. Industrial area next door but the place itself was great. It is a second floor so if steps are an issue this will be difficult. Overall we liked how easy it was to get anywhere in the north-Columbus area.

Stayed here for a competition at the Cardinal Center. Easy 15 minute drive each way. In a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely try to book if we are back in the area!

Clean quaint apartment

Stay here with my daughter for a weekend horse show nearby. Arrived and was quite impressed with the updated and decor inside the 2nd floor apartment. Kitchen was very well done. Beds are comfortable, and served us well over the weekend. We will be sure to stay here again next time we visit the area.

Perfect for our mini-vacation

This was a very nice two bedroom apartment. It was very quiet, comfortable, and well supplied. It's a nice central hub to access Delaware, Westerville, Marengo, Johnstown, as well as the attractions in Sunbury.We will stay here again in the future whenever it's available.

Very clean and quiet space

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, it is a cozy space and very comfortable. The area is quiet and very close to downtown Sunbury. It was a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Quiet and Convenient

The property was clean and spacious. It served our purpose well and we loved being a block off the square as well as by the walking and bike trail. Having the washer and dryer was a plus since our son was visiting us on his day off from CYSC and needed to catch up on laundry. The stairs may be an obstacle for some, but we enjoyed the extra workout since we came and went quite a bit. Would definitley stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

We were in town for a sports tournament for our son that was being held nearby. The location was perfect! There is a flight of stairs for entry (above garage apartment), but we had no trouble with them. We are a family with a mixed bag of food allergies/celiac disease so we need to be able to cook meals during our stay and the kitchen was very spacious! Everything was clean and comfortable. Much nicer than spending a week in a hotel with a kitchenette! The location is mixed industrial and residential, but we were not bothered at all by noise. My husband enjoyed walking to town for a quiet breakfast with his book at the local cafe each morning. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you so much!

8 nights for 2

The place was very clean. Great AC that was on when we arrived. Thank goodness, it was very hot outside. Sunbury is central to all of our activities and a very nice small town. Some may find the amount of steps challenging but we did ok. 2 parking spots if needed. There was a good amount of supplies for washing etc. We would book again.
