「This was a strange stay. Zero staff on site and we had to call the 24/7 line four separate times for even the most simple things like the wifi password. Would have been nice to know before booking how small the room was, found out after booking but luckily we were only there one night so it was ok. Offered us towels if we went to the hot springs, it is a code used for the door which was great, didn’t have to worry about a card or key.
