「Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a day downtown Franklin and took an Uber to downtown Nashville a couple of times! Great times!」

Draw backs; bq grill barely cooked. dirty burners? Master bathroom needs much better lighting at the sink. Only 1 tv of 3 was used. Never could get Wi fi to work. Howver bedroom tv worked. But a great atmosphere overall.」

「The house was incredibly nice! The pictures dont do it justice. Location is secluded and relaxing, with the porch rocking chairs making it very easy to sit back and enjoy outside. Anything you needed was there and easily accessible. Even the things the owners can't control were awesome! Had multiple deer outside, a bear sighting down the road, turkeys surveying the fence line. If we come back to TN we will definitely be staying here again!」
