Room needs some basic maintenance and cleaning of "out of the ordinary" spots, but it is fine for a one-night stay with my pet. Comfortable bed; linens, pillows, towels and floor were clean with signs of wear. Local restaurant adjacent to the property has fantastic down-home cooking and there are plenty of chains nearby if you prefer. Staff was welcoming and professional. Would stay again.

The room wsa barely adequat...the floor was dirty and very dated. Interestly I found the bed very comfortable! The area to walk pets was a mess! The staff was very nice!

I checked in a little late being closer to 11:00 at night but was still greeted with a smile and friendliness. The room was very clean and even the smell that sometimes you get that lingering hint of a mildew was all gone I think they went around and cleaned all the air conditioning units and it freshened up a lot I recommend to anybody looking for a simple affordable place to stay... this would be it. Thanks!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. At dark the area outside was a little sketchy had some guy walk up and bum cigarettes and one guy was in the dumpster but I didn’t feel unsafe I had my daughter, grandson, sister and 3 nieces with me and never felt unsafe. Overall I would stay again if I needed to. Very convenient to stores and eating places. Also very close to Fort Jackson that was the main reason I was there to watch my son graduate bootcamp… No Bugs so super plus

We stayed here because many of the hotels were sold out Due to the hurricane. The staff was polite upon checkin. The grounds were not clean and the trash was over flowing. The room was basic but smelled like pet urine. The air conditioner didn’t work. It was a room That slept four but we were only allowed two bath towels. I was told this was standard and the laundry was closed at 6pm. There were three of us on the room and we had to share towels. It was a miserable night with the hot room. It was noisy and smelled like cigarette and pot smoke.

first room was not clean. food container trash beside microwave. dead beetle on headboard of bed. luggage rack broken and laying on ground with chips and other food particles along the corner of baseboard by luggage rack. medicine bottle trash on floor behind door and bathroom sink had stains that weren’t cleaned after dumping something in sink. changed rooms easily- front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. second room had not been moped so stains on floor to be of some sort of food or drink spill. linens were clean, bathroom was clean. old property so reasonable for the area, however left before bedtime as i didn’t feel safe as my husband had to return home for flooding ( massive storm in the area). so i left as well.

This place should be labeled as "Not Family Friendly", or "Lonely Truckers and Men Welcome Here". This place looks & smells like it's run by a slumlord. Local authorities should shut that brothel down!!
