Newly renovated Boho-chic bungalo in the heart of the DEVINE shopping and restaurant district in beautiful Shandon, Columbia SC. This property features 2 king beds, perfect for a good night's sleep as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This retreat boasts a large backyard and patio seating for you and your friends or the perfect escape for a couple looking to get away. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wifi, HDTV and Nespresso coffee machine with complementary pods to start your day our right. This location is 1 mile to the USC Main Campus, 2 miles to Williams-Brice Stadium and the NAC and 3 miles from Colonial Life Arena. Whether you are coming for the shopping and restaurants, exceptional sporting arena, concert shows or coming to just escape, these gorgeous accommodations are perfectly placed and sure to please. Beautifully decorated and ideal location! Loved the decor, backyard and was stocked well. My son and fiance stayed here and loved the proximity to family and other restaurants, as well as William Brice Stadium! We will book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated and well equipped home. Beds are really comfortable and the home has a very comfortable feel. Great location near restaurants and shopping as well as easy access to the South Carolina campus. We would definitely stay here again.

Cutest little bungalow!

I highly recommend staying here! Everything was amazing! Super comfortable beds, great location, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. Cannot recommended enough!

Jill was our host, very communicative. The amenities were both plentiful and thoughtful. The neighborhood was called Shandon, perfect for walking, restaurants, grocery stores, and night life 3 minutes away in Five Points.

Stay in Columbia

Property was amazing! So clean and comfortable! Host was great to deal with from check in to check out. A perfect location on a quiet walkable street, with grocery and restaurants right down the street. Would stay here again.

The home was even better than advertised. The out door space was relaxing and peaceful, as was the indoor living area. The beds were very very comfortable and the decor brought the same vibe. My only suggestion would be to put a dimmable floor lamp in the living room bc the overhead lighting is too bright in the evening. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful rental, fully stocked and accomdating. Very nicely themed with comfoftable furnishings. Great outdoor space to enjoy. In the words of my 9 yr old granddaughter "im sad we are only here for one night"

Lovely rental, awesome host, favorable location!

The Bungalow really was home away from home! I loved the chic interior design, functionality of the amenities, and thoughtful communicative host. Such a huge plus that the property was extremely clean & fully stocked. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Home is close to downtown, the zoo, museum & Colonial Life Arena. We were beyond pleased with our stay.

1 night stay

We stayed at this property for the South Carolina vs LSU girls game and we couldn’t have picked a better property. It was VERY clean, exactly as pictured, 3 miles from the arena, and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Property located by many restaurants and a drug store. Host was very nice and check in was simple. We would definitely stay here again if we came to South Carolina.

This Shandon neighborhood duplex did not disappoint! Perfect location with everything needed to make our stay so comfortable and convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and the home was immaculate. Beds were most comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare some quick meals at the house. Another feature that was so appreciated was the availability of paper products including napkins, ziplock baggies, foil, as well as the PT and TP. Thank you Jill for being so available and accommodating.

This place is an absolute gem. It must have been recently renovated because it's in pristine condition. The owners really take good care of the property and the attention to detail is exceptional. It reminds me of a 5 star resort, with its plush towels, bathroom amenities, complimentary snacks and waters. I was a little hesitant about leaving a glowing review because it will create more competition for me when I come back, but I have to be honest, and the truth is it's by far the nicest place we rented in Columbia in over 25 trips here.
