The room is clean…. We stay in family room without windows….water pressure in bathroom is satisfying…..airconditioner was working properly and cold….
No bath tub in our room…there was no coffee or tea in our room but they did provide toothbrush in the bathroom"

1) Booked at Hotel.com S$90.63 (RM288)
Upon check-in, Sri Puchong asked me to pay RM320 (S$100.70) as I was considered as walk-in guest eventhough I have booked through Hotel.com because I chose to pay at Sri Puchong instead at Hotel.com. There was a big price gap as there was no price guaranteed at all by Hotel.com. Very disappointed.

1) Upon checkin Room#315, it was very smelly due to Smoking & Air-con is very noisy eventhough it is cold enough....

"Super convenient if ypu want to go to sunway lagoon. Its very close. Shopping mall is link to the hotel. Everything abt the hotel is clean and huge. I love the king size bed is huge and toilet is huge. The only problem i have is, most shops open at 10am. So to get breakfast outside hotel is limited. But i highly recommend for family with children to stay there if plan to go to sunway lagoon theme park. "
