"The carpet smells like mold or mildew. There are no outlets on the walls in the room, only the restroom. The outlets and charging outlets on the lamp and side tables next to the bed doesn’t work at all or takes HOURS to barely have a charge at all. So that made life hard cause my alarm didn’t go off cause my phone didn’t charge at all. I didn’t make it to my appointment today. It would also be nice to have a variety of coffee creamer available."

"Our stay was good. The only issue was the A/C was not working to its full capacity even though they change my room, the room wasn’t fully cooling down. Other than the minor inconvenience the staff was helpful and attentive. Even the night crew was great."
