Overall we liked the place. We'd stayed here before. Owners were communicative and house was well appointed. Two issues we had: 1. Noticeable marijuana smell when we first arrived (becoming more of a problem everywhere...) 2. We had a rearrangement of plans around my mother's memorial service, but owner's couldn't/wouldn't refund a night, so the house sat unused after we left. It was good for the five of us, though, and if we're all back in town we'll consider staying here again.

GOOD
-Communication was great
- plenty of cooking utensils
-Bed was comfortable
- creamer and coffee were there
-great wifi
-modern decor
BAD
- Checkin was easy but fees for ealrly or late checkin are outrageious
-Hot tub chemicals were way over powering.
-Mold behind hot tub head rest
-pillows were uncomfortable
-shower head hand nozel only works so very low pressure
-fan in shower caked with dust on cover
-very loud. We could hear everything going on outside of home.
-only 1 roll of toilet paper
-Towels are disintegrating
We are relocating to area so this was suffiecent for us to get out barrings. Many of the issues are unrelated to the management company. This home needs new windows to keep it quieter in the home, and living room freezes while rooms bake.

The home itself was very cute and clean. 2 bedroom and a pull out couch was convenient for our family of four.
Had problems with air conditioning unit not working but they quickly replaced it the next day. Very punctual with responses via the app.
Things I wasn’t thrilled about was the location. I felt the description was a bit misleading. This is not in downtown Colorado Springs. We had to drive there and pay for parking. This location in my opinion was not in the safest appearing area and we did not walk around.
Beds were very soft. Glad there was air conditioning as it was a very hot week in July but the units are very loud which was a little annoying. Not a huge deal but freezer didn’t make ice. They did provide ice cube trays which did the job. FYI they said the faucet water was safe to drink and it really did taste great! Glad we had our thermos with us!
Host provided a little basket of snacks. There was some bath products in the shower you could use if you’d like. They even left a few condiments and some beer in the fridge which were cute touches.
Overall nice place!

The positives were location, clean bed linens and towels. Photos were taken with a wide angle lens and make spaces appear way larger than they are. The shared court yard especially appears super large and is extremely tiny. From the floors to the with several inches of dust covered vents throughout, the place needs a serious scrubbing. My husband feet were black from walking barefoot on living room wood floors. You could see upon further inspection in certain light that things had been spilled and just left to dry. Seems like cleaning person does not mop floors just sweep. Heating vent in bedroom was taped on with packaging tape and fell off the wall when we wanted to close it. There is a rental unit under the one we stayed and whoever stayed there cooked very big meals at lunch. The smells appeared travel through the vent system and fill the unit we were in. Wasn’t pleasant to entertain our daughter and future husband and all of a sudden be enveloped in sautéed onions and garlic and heaven knows what else. It took hours for the smells to get out of the place. The front steps were a tripping hazard as a few of them are crumbling. I am not that old but I did trip a few times when I did not pay attention. The hot tub has a strong bleach smell making you think it is clean but upon getting in I just didn’t feel right. It seemed grimy to me so I wiped over the inside surface with my hand and was able to wipe away a brown smear layer - gross.

House was in a perfect location to the Olympic training center. The manager was very responsive very early in the morning when we had no water. We found out the city had turned off for a little while. Their responsive was appreciated.
