The Nook- Private Walkout Studio With Full Kitchen & Hot Tub!

  • A home away from home, this newly renovated studio has all the amenities you’d want in your own place. From the secluded back patio surrounded by mature trees, to the full kitchen & breakfast nook, this private basement apartment is the perfect getaway. Nestled in a central neighborhood, this location offers some of the best access to Colorado Springs: 3 minutes from food & coffee, 30 minutes from national landmarks such as Garden of The Gods, & only 17 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport!

    We live upstairs above the VRBO with our little daughter, so you may hear her or us from time to time. We’re respectful, chill, and happy to have you! Loud talking, music, and other noises can be heard in other parts of the house, so we ask our guests to keep the noise down after 9 pm and we will do the same :)
