The Space:

Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏨 No Onsite Maintenance or Cleaning: We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning services like hotels, but rest assured, all requests will be taken care of ASAP.



❄️ Central AC: Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, lowering the thermostat below 68 degrees may freeze the unit if it’s working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime—simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.



🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking to ensure they meet your needs.



🗑️ Trash Disposal: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and to protect the surrounding active wildlife in the area.



📺 TV Streaming: The TVs offer streaming services only, so guests can use their own subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!



🚫 No Pets: This house is not pet-friendly. Please be respectful of this rule to keep it safe for any guests who stay after you who might have pet allergies.
