Walk to Palmer Lake, restaurants, hiking trails, a park and an 18-hole disc golf course. Conveniently located near I-25, Monument, the Air Force Academy and wedding venues. Our manager lives in a completely separate basement apartment with a private exterior entrance and no shared spaces, offering help while respecting your privacy.

Welcome to your Palmer Lake retreat! Built in 2004, this comfortable home offers approximately 1,750 square feet of private living space on the main level, along with incredible views of Colorado’s Front Range mountains.

The home features three bedrooms with two king-size beds and one queen-size bed. A queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Guests will also enjoy two full bathrooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cheerful breakfast nook.

The living area includes a cozy gas fireplace and one of the home’s two televisions—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. Step outside onto the spacious back deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful Front Range views. A two-car garage is also available for convenient, protected parking.

Palmer Lake is a historic railroad community, and trains pass through town several times throughout the day. You may hear them occasionally, especially when the windows are open. With the windows closed, however, the sound is greatly reduced and is generally quite faint inside the home.

Guests have private use of the entire main floor, garage, and back deck. The basement is separate and is not included with the rental. Nothing inside the guest accommodations is shared.

You have full and complete private use of the main floor. You also have access to one space of the garage if needed.
