Industrial meets Homestead in this modern, spacious, newly remodeled guesthouse situated on a picturesque property minutes from Colorado Springs.

Contemporary living with a large, chef-ready kitchen. Soaring ceilings and a wall of windows that bathe the interior in natural light. Opening the overhead door creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Concrete floors, a large bathroom with marble counters, and an extra-large washer and dryer, make for a modern yet comfortable experience.

5 acres of beautiful woods with guest house and primary home onsite. Property owner lives in main home to ensure homestead is maintained while respecting your privacy. Animals can be part of the experience, if you desire to interact, but are situated away from guest home to ensure no chickens or goats come to visit without permission! :)

The interior is being built out brand new and will be completed end of September so photos of interior will be posted then. The guesthouse will be available October 1st!

Although just minutes from town, this area is in the woods of Colorado and native animals also live here and come through the property. Livestock guardian dogs have free range of the property to prevent any predators from getting too close for comfort.
