Natural Wonder in North Colorado Springs; Entire Floor With Private Entry

You and your family will love this private living area, complete with two bedrooms, two baths, living room, laundry room, and kitchenette.

The well-appointed yard is filled with pine trees and beautiful landscaping. With a private entry, come and go as you please. Ample parking.

For families with younger children, we provide two high chairs, two Pack 'n' Plays, multiple toys, Smart TV app access, board games, and videos.

For your comfort, we disinfect all high traffic surfaces with CDC recommended disinfectants. This includes door knobs, locks, switches, counters, appliance controls and handles, trash cans, remotes, bathroom controls, window handles, blind pulls, tables, dining chairs and much more. Dishes are cleaned and sanitized using the dish washer. All linens washed after each rental.

Home features a contactless check-in with a coded entry on the basement entrance door for guests.

Separate entry to bottom floor. Retired couple lives on main floor but no shared space in rental. Contact host with any questions for speedy replies.

Great stay in COS

Location is great, we rented a car and drove to all destinations nearby for activities. Got an UBER one evening into downtown for dinner, and price was very reasonable. House was great and we had a great time there and were very comfortable there. 2 couples for 4 nights

My favorite part of the stay was the rocks out on the hill. I went there to take pictures, think, talk to other family, and just take in the breathtaking views.

Visiting Family in Colorado Springs

We loved the location, it was beautiful. We saw deer on our first night there! There was a lovely area where we could take a hike to a cool rock formation, and it had a fantastic overlook. The location is nicely situated with close by restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. The VRBO was a great space. Nice and spacious bedrooms. The living area was really comfortable. And it's so quiet and peaceful at night! We've already talked about staying here again!

Great stay

Staying at this place has been one of a kind. Great, safe area where we felt safe. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do with kids. Right off our front door was trails for hiking. We enjoyed that very much! Definitely a breath taking home away from home.

Very nice property. Very clean and well furnished. Lots of room. Close to all the attractions and interstate 25. Saw a couple of deer roaming in the yard also. Great place.

Cozy and comfortable

The property and location was perfect for our two night traveling stay. Saw a deer first morning there. Close to Garden of the Gods and restaurants and stores. It would have been nice to have coffee supply in the morning but there was a Starbucks not too far.

Great place to stay

I visited with my husband and 17 year old daughter. The place was nice, clean, private, spacious and had lovely views. We saw large bucks every morning just outside the door. We also saw a rabbit. We would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed!

My wife and I stayed for 3 days to revisit some old memories in the mountains from 50 years ago. We had a great trip, and it was wonderful to return to a warm and inviting home each day. Quiet Solitude, Great Launching Point

This unit is in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the Air Force Academy. It's also a short drive to all of the activities we were doing in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The hosts were very responsive and the unit was immaculately clean and very spacious. The hosts even provided many great toys to keep our toddler entertained! The living area can get warm during the day (No AC) but will cool off quickly with open windows at night. Highly recommend this VRBO!

gorgeous views

Location was great to the tourist things we wanted to do, and downtown Colorado Springs. Mule deer all around, yard is amazing. Only 2 of us, plenty of room for more-huge closets, loved that it had 2 bathrooms. No AC which was rough on a warm day, open windows don't help when the sun is out. Floor fans are nice touch, but only cool if you sit in front of them.

35th Anniversary Trip (last stop)

We were traveling around Colorado and this was one of our last stops. It was just as described and close to everything! Seeing the sunrise from the bedroom or front door was breathtaking! The only thing that was difficult was getting the door opened. Updating the lock to a simple key coded knob would save a lot of stress! The door was incredibly tricky! I loved how the host provided coffee and extra items to make you stay comfortable! Would definitely stay again!
