Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. Discounts for weekly and monthly rates are available. Great location to Old Colorado City. Check in was easy as well as departure. Kitchen had everything you will need for quick meals and more. Comfortable beds. Host quickly responds to questions.

Modern unit

The apartment was very clean and modern. The check-in process was a little unclear and had issues reaching the owner on the day of check-in, but was able to make contact easily for check-out. I would recommend the owner to have additional blankets and/or throws available for use as there were none. Particularly given Colorado’s cold climate during the winter months.
