This stunning home offers over 2,160 square feet of professionally designed living space, featuring three spacious bedrooms for ultimate comfort. The main-level primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, and blackout curtains for restful nights.
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms—one with a king bed, workspace, TV, and closet, and another with queen bunk beds, TV, and closet—perfect for families or groups.
Bathrooms:
This home features 2.5 bathrooms. The primary ensuite boasts dual sinks, a classic clawfoot tub, and a separate shower. A half-bath is located on the main level near the laundry area, while the upstairs full bathroom includes a shower. We provide towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, and toilet paper.
Living Area:
With floor-to-ceiling windows, this home is bathed in natural light and showcases breathtaking mountain views. Gather around the cozy gas fireplace with your entire group, relax with a movie on the Smart TV, or set the mood with your favorite tunes on the vintage-style speaker.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your entire group. It features stainless steel appliances, a full set of cookware and silverware, a coffee machine, toaster, blender, slow cooker, and a spice rack. Plus, there's a grill kit for the Blackstone outside and all the essential kitchen tools to make cooking effortless. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating for four at the counter, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.
Game Room Loft:
Experience endless fun in our vibrant game room loft! Challenge your crew to Air Hockey, Chess, or Checkers, or enjoy a variety of board games and cards for a more relaxed vibe. Prefer to unwind? Kick back on the cozy bean bag chairs and stream your favorite TV show for the ultimate chill session.

Vehicle Requirement:
During the snowy winter months, an all-wheel drive (AWD), 4x4, SUV, or chains on a 2WD vehicle are required due to the neighborhood’s dirt roads. Plan accordingly to ensure a safe and smooth arrival.
Dog Fridley Policy:
We allow up to two dogs, each under 50 lbs. Please bring only fully housebroken and leash-trained dogs—no aggressive breeds. While we love dogs (we have three of our own!), pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds.
If you leave the property, do not leave dogs unattended unless crated. Please clean up after your pet using the provided dog bags, no matter where they go.
A non-refundable $100 pet fee per pet, per stay applies. The first fee is charged automatically, and the second is processed manually. Owners are responsible for any damages and may be subject to additional fees for rule violations.
