This property is our 3rd short-term rental and it is the perfect vacation home for your family or friends. The house has been set up based on our years of Premium Host experience with guests and we keep adding more amenities each year. We are located in the Stratmoor Hills area of SW Colorado Springs where you have amazing views of the Cheyenne Mountains and will be close to our city's major attractions.
This beautiful home is over 3000 sq ft offering all the space, comfort and essentials you need for a perfect family vacation or a getaway: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, A/C, an open kitchen with a huge dining room, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every bedroom, laundry room, breathtaking mountain views from the newly built observation deck, a grassy fenced-in yard, an amazing back patio with outdoor seating, a relaxing hot tub, a gas firepit, and a BBQ grill!
The main level features a nice living room with a 65" ROKU 4k TV, a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room. There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor: the master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining master bath with a shower and the laundry room, while the other two bedrooms both have queen beds and access to the full bathroom with a separate shower and a tub.
The lower level offers 2 more bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds), a full bathroom with a shower, a large family room with a 75" ROKU 4k TV, pull out sofa, recliner chairs, a game table for the kids, extra seating area and even a home gym!
The house is within walking distance to the beautiful Stratmoor Hills Park and only a short drive away from all the outdoor fun Colorado Springs has to offer. We are close to the most popular attractions in southern Colorado Springs such as the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, the Broadmoor Hotel, and the World Arena. This house also gives you easy access to everything Colorado Springs has to offer via I-25 (Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Olympic Training Center, Historic Downtown etc. are all within a 20 min drive).
We highly respect our guests' privacy but since we live only a few minutes away from this property, if it is needed, we are personally available to assist you to solve any issues 24/7 during your stay.
The entire house is for our guests to use including all the living areas, the attached garage, and the home gym on the lower level. You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the newly built observation deck, from the patio in the back yard or from the stamped concrete front porch!
