"The Mulberry House is absolutely lovely. Spacious and everything is done with such thoughtfulness. It was the perfect home for our family while my sister & I completed the Rim Rock Marathon and our parents came to cheer us on. We found ourselves gathering in the living room, each one of us finding a comfortable spot on the couch, kicking our feet up. Depending on the time of day we enjoyed the warm sun on the front porch or backyard. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for us to cook and enjoy meals at home. It was great to have laundry available, especially after the race. And Sharon, thank you! She was very responsive, warm, welcoming and would just check in here and there. When we're back in Fruita, we know where we'll stay!"

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this one is right at the top of our list.The layout was awesome, from the kitchen/ living room to the bedroom//bathroom very comfortable. Great outdoor space.All within walking distance to 8 or 10 super good restaurants, cute shops and a grocery store. We were on the last leg of a 10 day road trip and I told my wife, I'm ready to go home, I'm just not ready to leave this place...We will be back! "
