"Clean and comfy rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a resort fee when I don't use any of those amenities. There really needs to be an option to opt out of amenities so I'm not paying extra for things we're not using. "

"The heated indoor pool and hot tub were out of order. Have waited over 24 hours since complaining at check out and still no response from management. "

"Disappointing - the “hot” breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, mini- muffins & granola bars. The jacuzzi had no knobs on it to start the jets, the in-room phone didn’t work, even to call the front desk. We found out at check out that the jacuzzi controls were in the bathroom. That would have been nice to know ahead of time, as the jacuzzi was in the bedroom. There is an ice maker on each floor, but only the one on first floor works. I stayed 2 years ago & the breakfast was amazing then. It is a completely different hotel now. The advertised indoor pool is closed."

"This is a wonderful place for couples and families. Everything on the resort was very convenient. The property was exceptionally immaculate. This will be my family go to place to decompress !!!"

"This was the perfect place for a couple nights with our family. There was ample space and the kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast and dinner (it's probably the best equipped kitchen of any place I rented). We had plenty of towels and everything else we needed, and the kids were very grateful for the snacks the host left. She was also great with communication. Highly recommend this place!"
