「Within 2 hours of checking in. I got locked out of my room. Metal lock part at the top of the door catch on the door when closing. The security guard couldn’t do anything but give me a “emergency room” for the night. Didn’t have a charger or clothes. Next day I had the option to stay in the same room or get a new one. 「The hotel itself was great, staff was nice, room was very nice with the exception of a lot of large stains on the carpet, the parking however was on the “strip” 2 blocks away, one would think valet parking would’ve been in a nicer location, the facility doesn’t offer breakfast or any other meals for that matter and instead they offer 10% off the restaurant across the street which was disgusting at best. No one bothered to clean up spills and the entrance in the 10 minutes it took someone to take...
