「The condo is located in a quiet, golf community with access to amenities. Easy, short drive to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Wayne had great recommendations for places to go and the BEST bagels ever! The condo itself is very clean and spacious. They even had a pack-n-play crib available when we found out at the last minute we were bringing our infant grandson. Wayne reached out to us before our trip and a couple times during the week to make sure things were good. We cannot say enough...

Would have given 5 stars but if you’re going to have an off-white carpet throughout the condo, it needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly. It hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived (found clumps of dirt all over) and light stains everywhere. The bedroom had several (cigarette?) burns in the carpet. The light-colored recliner in the living room also needed cleaning from oil/dirt buildup on the armrests. The management’s...
