「This was overall a fantastic property. The location is great and the house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you could need. We had a great time!」

「House was very nice and very private. The location is tucked away from Colonial Beach, but just a short drive away for a visit. The kayaks and the water were a favorite for my kids. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all of the tools we needed and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to get settled and provided plenty of space for our family.」

「we liked everything and location!!!」

「The location, breakfast, and free coffee are all excellent, and I think this is the best hotel in the area.」

「Nice clean place to stay for our visit.」

「A great room with a very friendly staff. I also enjoyed the breakfast , great stay for a good price.」

「A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay.」

「My trip couldn’t have been better. This house is adorable. The way it’s decorated is spot on. The beds were comfortable. There is a huge TV in the dining room which you watch also from the family room. I mean they have a little story post about how this was their grandparents house and how they fixed it up and it’s so true like it reminds me of my grandparents house you know and they said there could be some little issues here and there, but I mean, unless you’re really picky they didn’t bother...
