"There was some upgrades from the first time we stayed at the Best Western; which is a plus for me. There were two things that could have made it a really good stay, first the pool needed a serious cleaning job and second there is not enough counter space in the restroom area of the single king room. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family who might visit Jasper."

"I have stayed at this property a few times in the past and it has been consistently a good experience. The staff is helpful, the property is clean and maintained well enough. Everything that needed to work in the room worked well. There was hot water in the shower when i needed it, the bed was comfortable, and the a/c blew cold."
