「When arrived at the property there was no reservation, I was left with no hotel, spelling on the street, my money was taken from my card. The host is telling me they don’t advertise they property here in Expedia so therefore no booking was made after over £800 taken, and Expedia say they can’t do anything as they are not responsible for the booking, and they can’t do anything. 「We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable, great location. It had two thermostats so we were able to maintain the perfect temperature (we were there on a cold night). Staff was responsive and accommodating. The lift wasn’t working, which wasn’t a problem for us but could have been challenging for other guests. I would have liked having a bottle of water upon arrival. Thank you!」
