Villa Sofia is located in the municipality of Collesalvetti, in the hamlet of Parrana San Martino. Just a few kilometers from Livorno, Pisa, and the sea, "Sofia" is ideally situated and offers beautiful views of the surrounding wheat fields and vineyards. Ground floor: Large garden (at least 5000 sq m, fully fenced) where you can read, relax, sunbathe, and/or play family games. Entrance into a spacious living room with a pool table and fireplace; fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave; small guest WC.

First floor: Accessible via both internal and external stairs, living room, four bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds), two bathrooms with shower, WC, and sink. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
