The newly furnished suite features a master bedroom with king size bed, desk and sitting area. The living area includes a queen size sofa sleeper and dining table. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, I was in town for a conference so wasn't at the property much but had a comfortable stay! Was very clean, communication was great, needed something printed and Megan was very accommodating, definitely recommend and would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Perfect walkable location

We had a great one night stay for the Aggie basketball game. Loved the surrounding neighborhood, walkable to campus and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Would book again!

Perfect location!

We loved staying within walking distance to the Quad for Final Review. This was the perfect location to enjoy a special weekend with our cadet and attend a TAMU baseball game. Close to HEB and restaurants. I'm so happy we found this spot!

A nice set up adjacent to owners home. Cheerful, tasteful and so convenient to campus. The whole process was super simple and the owners are very good communicators.
