  • In the heart of it all, this gem awaits! Where vibrant living and convenience integrate. Close to parks and A&M, we're ready for you to step right in. No matter which game you plan to see or play, it's only steps from this great stay. Two upstairs bedrooms, each a peaceful embrace feature ensuite baths and storage space. Your furry friends are welcome too! There's a small backyard for them and you! So our description rhymes, we couldn't resist. We hope you've smiled and will be our guest! Located in the Wood Brook Condos. The condo is two stories with a first floor entrance. Guests will have use of the common areas and are responsible for abiding by the posted Association Rules, including use of the pool. Pets are welcome on the property and guests are responsible for picking up after their animals.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and a park. Cleanest vrbo I’ve ever stayed in! Has everything you could need including a first aid kit:). We walked about 5 minutes and took the shuttle to the game and back. We loved the decor:). Plenty of room for 5 people. We will definitely be back!

My 15 year-old daughter and I came into town for the NCAA baseball tournament, hosted by Texas A&M, the weekend of May 29-31, 2026. This location is fantastic as it is close to all things Texas A&M, restaurants, and groceries. Be sure not to miss it the next time you are in College Station!
