「Nice Clean Property. Property Manager is very responsive and helpful. You are close to the airport so there is airport noise. The outside neighborhood seemed quiet while I was there. Some noises from the other tenants in adjoining units. Overall, I was pretty happy and price is reasonable.」

「My family and I were coming in town from North Carolina for a movie premiere and the host cancelled us the day of (while we were on the road to Atlanta) because they thought we were throwing a party when we were not. I spoke to them on the phone and informed them what was going on and they would not rebook us. We had to book hotel rooms instead which ruined our weekend. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend if you want to feel secure.」

The area was so peaceful something you do not find in Miami. If and when I visit Atlanta again I will reach back to this host and the property. 「6 of us were traveling for a convention and this place was very well priced and close to the World Congress Center.
The first day we were there the A/C was out so it was hot and muggy but the host was quick to send someone out to fix it for us.
The biggest downside was that the internet was VERY slow (Like 2mbps) which did suck but we weren't there much except for sleeping and hanging out after the event.
So maybe bring some board games :)
Would still stay again 💛」
