とっても素敵で優雅な滞在でした！部屋に着いて早々、冷蔵庫かのように寒かったですが、お部屋に荷物を届けてくれたスタッフがすぐに担当の人を呼んで直してくれました。サービスは最高です。ただ、ルームサービスで頼んだポモドーロは味がなく…プラザホテルのパスタなの？と。とっても残念でした。 滞在はとってもよかったです！

I’m a returning guest, and the front desk and café staff were very kind and welcoming. However, there were a few issues with the room. Even when the sheets became dirty, they were not always changed during the daily cleaning. There were also several occasions where items like glasses and bath mats were not replenished. As I was staying for an extended period, I would have appreciated having the room vacuumed more regularly. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the water temperature was not very hot, which made using the shower inconvenient. That said, the location is very convenient.
