Part of a large estate with three independent farmhouses, Villa Ileana is a country villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is situated in the hills of Umbria, making it perfect for nature lovers and those wanting to explore Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, and Spoleto. The town of Deruta, known for its ceramics, and the village of Monte Castello di Vibio, home to the world's smallest theatre, are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Guests can take advantage of the wellness centre, cooking classes, bike rentals and organized tours (on request).

Villa Ileana (300 sqm) develops over two floors.

On the ground floor there is a living room (with sofas, chairs, and a fireplace) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a table for ten). In the sleeping area you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with bathrooms (with showers), one with equipment for the disabled.

On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms with bathrooms (with shower) and an internal staircase which leads you to a tower with a small living area, a kitchenette (with a table for four) and a single sofa-bed (suitable for one adult).

Outside, the villa has a large garden with a private swimming pool (6 m x 10 m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and a covered porch with tables and chairs. On the grounds, you will also find a wellness centre with a spa, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, and gym (shared with guests of the other two farmhouses). Each farmhouse has pre-assigned times for guests to use the spa, ensuring privacy.
