Villa del lago is located in Colico, there where Lake Como forms the enchanting bay of Piona.



The luxurious Villa is located a short distance from the renowned beach of Piona ( 100 mt.) and from the entrance of the Sentiero Valtellina (50mt.) bike/pedestrian road.



Nearby you can taste traditional local dishes at El Logasc restaurant.



Villa del Lago consists of two separate apartments, with the possibility of renting either independently or the entire Villa. Both apartments have an outdoor area and indoor air conditioning. They are modern, newly built, with designer finishes, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, automated sunshades, possibility of children's beds and table high chairs, comfortable mattresses, high-quality cotton linens, washing machine and dishwasher.



Guests will find at their disposal water, fresh milk, tea, coffee, salt ,sugar, fruit juices and local jams.



The house is on two levels and consists of 5 bedrooms and a double sofa bed.



It also has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, 50 square meters of terrace on the second floor and 40 square meters of porch on the ground floor directly on private garden.

The outdoor bathtub can be used in the winter period. Heated with an integrated wood stove, it can reach traditional thermal temperatures.

Very relaxed. You can visit Milano and Como.

Pros: Friendly host Only 200 meter to arrive at the lake Nice whirlepool! Especially at night Great house! It‘s worth it! Cons: For go shopping you need a car! Otherwise it‘s very complicated and a long way.

Great stay at Colico Piano

Loved our time at this property. We had 14 people and it worked out great. Location so close to the lake was fabulous and we could easily get to the ferry and train stations. Host David was fabulous and always available. Going to Bellagio and Varenna and Mennagio was great since there are no lines at Colico and it is quiet, peaceful and away from tourists at this property. I would recommend and would go back again to this property. Grass area was great for our grandkids to play on and hot tub was a nice plus.

Best host I have ever experienced!

Pros: We were two families, ten people including a baby, and we had an amazing time at this place! The house is literally just 2 minutes away from the beach. The check-in process went very smoothly. Davide greeted us and showed us around the house. He is a superb host who takes great care of his guests. The house was incredibly clean and had all the necessary kitchen equipment. Every morning, we received fresh bread and croissants. Milk, water, and coffee were always available. I’ve been to many places, but this was a completely different experience! The whole family felt so well taken care of. Every day, Davide warmed up and cleaned the jacuzzi. I would recommend this place 100%. The price is worth it for such a new and clean villa. Thank you, Davide!

This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs. The house is so well built that we heard nothing from either apartment. The house is a very leisurely 30 minute walk from the town of Colico which has a lively lakefront, much more authentic than we found in Bellagio and Tremezzo. It is also a 2 minute walk to the lake where there is a beach, a food kiosk, etc. We took our coffee down there every day. Each day we arranged an activity. The first day we did a two hour boat tour from Colico to Bellagio and back. Perfect way to get oriented to the lake. The second day we did a bike tour. We biked with a guide to an agri-tourism farm for a fabulous lunch. The third day we drove to Villa Carlotta and took the ferry across to Bellagio. We were so glad we stayed in Colico. Davide, the owner, was so easy to work with and he has a fabulous restaurant that is on the same property. We had dinner there one night, really outstanding food, and brunch on Sunday which was delicious. This is the perfect arrangement for people who want a less touristy, more authentic Lake Como experience without the crowds, but still close enough to see waht the fuss is all about!

Es ist ein super tolles Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Pros: Der Vermieter und sein Team ist super freundlich. Bei Fragen, z. B. per Whatsapp wurde in kürzester Zeit geantwortet oder es kam wer vorbei. da fahren wir gerne wieder hin. Cons: Es gab nichts negatives.

Das Haus ist toll, der Whirlpool bei kühlem Wetter sehr toll.

Pros: Das Wasser vom Pool wurde fast jeden Tag gewechselt und neu beheizt. Davide war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und bei Fragen immer sofort da. Das Haus ist in 2 Wohnung aufgeteilt, als größere Gruppe super, das es 4 Bäder gibt. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Comosee. Es gibt ein Restaurant nebenan - sehr zu empfehlen, frische und selbstgemachte Nudeln, alle sehr nett. Kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft!

Pros: La casa era semplicemente meravigliosa! Moderna, spaziosa, ben posizionata e arredata con molto gusto. Il jacuzzi era stupendo, sempre caldo e perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e rispondeva sempre molto velocemente. La casa dispone anche di una zona barbecue, ideale per cenare all’aperto. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con un prosecco e un delizioso aperitivo… un sogno dall’inizio alla fine! Consigliatissima!
