Equipped to make you feel right at home in a cozy retreat, the apartment features an entryway with plenty of storage, a living room with a 140-size sofa bed and a dining area for two, a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher; washing machine; induction cooktop; filter coffee maker and Tassimo; microwave, etc.), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet area, and a sleeping area with a 140-double bed that opens onto a terrace of approximately 15 m² where you’ll enjoy many pleasant moments thanks to the grill, outdoor furniture, and the view of the harbor.
The outdoor pool is shared with the residence and open seasonally (closed from October 15 to April 15)

The neighborhood and the region as a whole offer plenty of entertainment. Starting with the residence itself, the outdoor pool, and a pétanque court right behind it. Surrounding the residence are La Giscle, Port Cogolin, and Port Grimaud, which you’ll enjoy views of from your terrace.
Less than 5 minutes away, you’ll find a mini-golf course and a Carrefour for your grocery shopping. Quiet neighborhood. A 10-minute walk away, you’ll find the beach (1.5 km) as well as Azur Park for thrills.
The Cogolin market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays (10-minute drive).
Easily accessible bike paths let you explore the surrounding area.
