The space
This home is newer construction in the coveted Riverstone community. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area and kitchen are open concept, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit separated to give some space when needed. Everything in the home is brand new. Guests can park their car in the garage if they desire. The property comes with 3 beach cruisers and a wagon + beach towels if you want to hang out at the beach and dog bowls for the pooches.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage.
Other things to note
The Centennial Trail and the Spokane River are a block away from the property. The lake is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. We have a small yard that is fully enclosed for pets. We like your pets not their poop. Please clean up after them. The quartz countertops are extremely sensitive to heat so please use the hot pads provided before you place that take-out pizza on the counter.
