We loved this lake house. Views were spectacular from all rooms. Loved the hot tub overlooking the lake. Location was perfect, with a few minutes to downtown Couer D'Alene, and to other areas. Would recommend Tony's by the Lake for dinner, just a short drive. Would come back again! (the house definitely accommodates a more adult crowd as an fyi)

Beautiful property. Large picture windows of the lake and lots of towels/ kitchen appliances like coffee pod maker and hot tub. Bring pods for your am coffee. Very nice complete setup for your stay.

This home was perfect for our family with two teens, everyone got their own bathroom and own space. The views were incredible from every window in this nice, quiet neighborhood. Checking in was flawless and the furnishings were updated and felt like home. Kitchen was fully equipped with a regular drip coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker and a gourmet toaster. Full size fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with large washer and dryer and laundry soap was included! There was a BBQ and hot tub and other outdoor spaces but we did not use as it was too hot while we were there. Overall a wonderful vacation. Only improvement would be beach chairs to use.

Summer Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here for the 2nd part of our family vacation. We had bikes and the trail to the park and downtown was easily accessible (about a 2 mile ride). We loved our relaxing nights in the spa and the views are breathtaking! We would recommend staying here!

Very comfortable and awesome views......

The Silver Beach Retreat was awesome, exactly what we were looking for. The views were stunning, and I enjoyed drinking my coffee every morning on the deck, sitting in the rocking chair, looking at the lake.

Beautiful Views

The property looked as listed. I rented the home because of the views, which did not disappoint. Also, for the outdoor patio. The outdoor furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was not well stocked, missing things like casserole pans, aluminum foil and salt and pepper. My comforter had coffee stains. For those reasons I cannot give it a 5 star rating. We did very much enjoy our stay and with those improvements I would highly recommend.

Relaxing Home

The house had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Deer were walking around the house in the morning and evenings. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. Very close to the restaurants and shops. We would stay there again!

Wow! What a view!

Beautiful home. Stunning view! Only thing I would change is to have the couch in the living room and the bed in the master turned around to face the lake! Well stocked kitchen. Would go back again!

CDA Get-Away

Stayed 5 nights. Was a beautiful location/setting. Unfortunately, wildfire smoke spoiled the view the last 2 days. But a lovely location. Would prefer contact via text over email. Email replies to our questions took several days to arrive in our inbox. Negatives: Kitchen floor was quite dirty, mold on the deck, kitchen drawers kind of a mess, food scraps in the silverware drawer, yard weedy and overgrown. For the price paid for cleaning, I think they're cutting corners. But certainly enjoyed the views and the quiet neighborhood. Overall nice place.

Very nice property. Would definitely stay here again. The WiFi was not working the whole time we were here and several of the blinds were not working. Those were our only two complaints and we considered them very minor.

The home is beautiful overlooking the lake.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Some of the blinds are broken which is very unfortunate because the view should not be missed. We were even able to spot a beautiful bald eagle from the living room. Home is lovely, had everything we needed. 3 stories so we each had our own beds and bathroom. We definately would stay here again. Cleaning crew needs to clean under beds, sofas, end tables etc....Other than that, it was perfect!!!!

Beautiful home...but needs some TLC

We loved the house very much and enjoyed our stay, but a few things we felt needed attention. We have rented properties before and this home was not clean. The living room windows inside were filthy -hand prints and dirt all over. I cleaned them so we could enjoy the lovely view. The master bath shower floor was dirty and the walls had yellow streaks running down and lots of dead bugs in the overhead light. Under the living room couch was a dirty sock and the rugs were stained. Also the blinds in the dining room are broken- the left one fell down when we tried to open it and the right one's pull snapped when we tried to open it. The master bedroom blind on the far right doesn't open at all. This home is in great need of a deep cleaning. It is so beautiful, but for the rental amount it should also be clean. Also the propane tanks for both the BBQ and fire pit were empty. We were told that they would be provided (1 tank) and when I called I was told I could come by and pick one up from the property mgmt office. This is not something we should have had to do since we paid for this to be provided. We purchased a full tank of propane and left the remainder for the next guest. Overall I was quite unhappy with the condition of the house. And having to pay a cleaning fee when we arrived to a dirty home was a real disappointment. I think the property owners should also be made aware of the condition of this house.

Very nice lake home with some problems

This was a very comfortable house that accommodated my wife and two other couples on our vacation. The rooms are spacious and the beds were fine particularly in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and we all loved the bbq. The living room and deck were terrific. Two problems though: the freezer did not work, nor did the internet. We called VRBO and they sent a repair man but he couldn't fix either.
