Midtown Casita W/ Walking Distance To Downtown!

Enjoy our cute, recently remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath midtown bungalow. Within walking distance to downtown shops, beaches, restaurants, and hiking. Off street parking. We offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a smart TV (no standard cable but apps included), a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and comfy beds.
We give guests their space but are available 24/7 via messenger and in person as needed to make sure you have a wonderful stay
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to lovely Coeur d'Alene! Our inviting 2 bedroom 2 bath house is great for family stays or group travel. Ideally located in Mid-Town you're walking distance to coffee, a brewery and a few different dining options while still staying a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The entire home is yours and the home is primarily setup to meet the needs of vacation rental travelers. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

-Full kitchen with gas stove and all of the basics you'll need to cook a meal including olive oil and salt and better
-Coffee maker with coffee supplied
-HD Smart TV. NOTE: We do not have standard cable but you can download all of your favorite apps including the app from your cable provider back home. If you need netflix or Prime Video logins to stream, just ask us and we'll give you some
-Grill and outdoor seating to enjoy cooking outside in the summer

This property was absolutely perfect me and my wife come out yearly for the tattoo convention (work) and we have stayed in a few different places but this has by far surpassed anywhere else we have stayed. Will definitely be booking again next year, the host was very communicative and the house was spotless. We travel with our kids and this felt very safe as well as being located in an area close to lots of stuff to do.

Nicely appointed house. Updated and upgraded. Pretty good location, though a little far from the water.... We had an issue with pillows and the sheets smelling like sweat in one bedroom but the management team addressed it on the first day. The TV was also all-internet, and we don't like to log in to other people's smart TV's with our personal Netflix (etc.) account, so we did not watch TV. I would rather have been able to access live cable TV. Seemed like they were trying to cut corners there. The table in the kitchen nook is a tight fit for larger people.

Fantastic Stay

The communication with the host was fantastic. He was very punctual with his responses and made sure that if anything was needed he was there to provide. The house was warm, welcoming, and nicely kept. It worked fantastically while I was having surgery. It was nicely located offering access to a slew of the amenities. We will stay again when our travels take us back up that way. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a clean rental with a fantastic host.

Loved this place!

This place was wonderful! Very clean, quiet and smelled great! Loved the floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a washer and dryer. It was located on a corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood with ease to get to in an unfamiliar area. Comfortable beds and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay again when back in Coeur, D’alene area.🩵

Cute and comfortable home!

I stayed a week, visiting an old friend, who was able to stay a few days with me. We did a lot of catching up, and the house worked perfectly for us. It was very clean, and comfortable for our visit. Will be going back again in February!

Quaint and cute

Midtown Casita was so cute and quaint. It had everything we could ask for it was in a quiet area peaceful not far from downtown. If we ever get back to Coeur d’Alene we will look for Midtown Casita to stay in again.
