This 4,000 sq. ft. home sleeps 16 (max 13 adults) and features expansive decks, a big game room, arcade, and fully stocked kitchen. Ideal for families and groups, it’s a peaceful, spacious getaway where you can unwind, reconnect, and create unforgettable memories together.

Spread out across 6 thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
Main Floor:
• Primary Suite: King bed + ensuite with soaking tub & lake views
• Guest Room: King bed
• Bunk Room: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds with trundle (sleeps 5)
Lower Level:
• Guest Room 1: King bed
• Guest Room 2: King bed
• Bunk Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 3)

🔑GUEST ACCESS
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• The house has a smart-lock and the code will be provided before arrival.
• The large, paved driveway provides space for parking multiple vehicles. There is a large hill leading up to the house and the driveway is steep. Snow tires and/or chains are advisable during snow season.
• There is no guest access to the garage, utility room, the primary suite closet, and two other small hallway linen closets. The foyer closet and four other guest room closets are fully available for guest use.
📘HOUSE INFORMATION & RULES
• Sleeps a total of 16 guests (MAXIMUM OF 13 ADULTS).
• The hosts manage this listing with OwnerRez, an API-connected software.
• Within 48 hours of booking, the primary guest must provide proof of a current and valid state issued driver’s license, complete a point of contact form, and sign the Vacation Rental Agreement in which the full terms, conditions and house rules for a short-term rental at Lakeview Pines are contained. If, for some reason, the primary guest cannot agree to the terms of the Vacation Rental Agreement, the primary guest, within 48 hours of booking, may request to cancel their reservation with a full refund (minus any service and/or processing fees).
• A $1000 security hold will be required and placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
• No Parties or Disruptive Gatherings.
• In compliance with the Kootenai County Noise Ordinance, Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, guests must keep all noise inside and to a minimum and shall not generate loud music, outdoor activities or any other source of noise that can be heard beyond the perimeter of the Premises.
• No smoking or illegal substance use.
• No pets.
• Lakeview Pines is located on a hill and sits on over 4 acres of land. For the protection of its guests and for the protection of the 4000 square foot home, Lakeview Pines provides exterior security cameras. The devices record audio and video, when motion is detected, 24/7. The exterior cameras are located at the front door, front porch, backyard (NW side of house), backyard (facing slope/lake), driveway (left side), driveway (right side). Additional security cameras may be used and activated inside areas inaccessible to guests (i.e., locked-off areas of the home).
• A pack and play and high chair are provided for guest convenience. They are provided as a courtesy and are not inspected between each stay. Guests may use them at their own discretion, but should confirm they meet their own personal safety standards before use. The hosts do not assume liability for their condition or use.
