Our stay was fantastic! The host was great at communication and leaving instructions. They even so kindly provided us with freshly baked cookies. Our group gets to see eachother 1x/year, and we were simply happy to to have a great living room so we could all gather to talk and catch up. Clean hot tub. Plenty of towels for hot tub and showers. Two mattresses were uncomfortable enough for our backs to note, but overall property was great!

Stayed here for a golf trip with some friends and it was a great stay. Host was super communicative and accommodating. Pictures were accurate of the house. The location is awesome walking distance to downtown CDA. Extremely close to Coeur D’Alene Golf Course Resort.

Had a wonderful stay. Excellent location, easy walk to everything downtown. House is amazing with comfortable beds and plenty of living space. Great communication with host. Small hiccup with the hot tub but problem was understandable and no further issues. Host took great care of us. Would definitely recommend.

Diana exceeded our expectations and was so easy to communicate with and very helpful! We were all very pleased with our stay. All of the great downtown CDA action was in walking distance, the house was well equipped with the amenities we need, and we didn't run into any problems during our stay. We are likely to look into this property again for our next trip to Idaho.

We had a wonderful trip. We stayed at this home during a family reunion weekend. It was close to downtown, easy 10-15 minutes walk. Safe, clean neighborhood right near shops and restaurants. Home was clean and slept our family well. We were able to check in a little early which was also super helpful. Thanks for a great long weekend.

Our stay here at the property was great! Area was amazing and access to downtown was a short 10 min walk. The only thing we would recommend is that there are more towels in the house or recommend people to bring some for the hot tub. Overall great property and will be back again soon!

Beautiful home, clean, nice floor plan and excellent location! Grill, patio fire and hot tub were a big plus. Neighbors were friendly. Location on Front Street so close to downtown Coeur d’Alene was perfect for everything we had planned for the week for the entire family. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The property is located close to downtown one block south of Sherman Ave so easily walkable to the restaurants and bars. The house has been updated and is very nice! There is also a grocery/liquor store right by the house so that was nice to run to for things. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would rent again for sure.
