The home has been well taken care of with all the amenities of home. The location was literally 2 blocks from the Main Street full of shopping and restaurants. We all agreed that if we travel back to CDA, we would use this vacation rental again.

The property exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, communications with host was amazing, the accommodations were extremely clean and pleasant, and everything we could think of was made available to us. There was every item you could think of for kids, for cooking, cleaning and just being comfortable. We always have lots of questions and getting answers and overall communications were exceptional. Highly recommended. .

This home is beautiful. It was near enough to all the fun Coeur d’Alene has offer that we could walk everywhere, but also separate enough to find peace and quiet. It was great for our kids to be only a few blocks from the large McEuen park and we were also able to walk to Tubbs Hill without trouble. The home was clean and inviting, with plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 kids.

AMAZING HOUSE, AMAZING LOCATION, AMAZING OWNER. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY. WE LOVED THE LOCATION AND THE HOUSE IS SUPER COMFORTABLE AND VERY VERY CLEAN. WE SPENT 5 DAYS THERE AND HARDLY DROVE OUR CAR. YOU CAN WALK TO EVERYTHING DOWNTOWN ALONG QUAINT TREE LINED STREETS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME, AND SHELLY THE OWNER WAS SO GREAT TO WORK WITH. A 10 OUT OF 10 FOR SURE! CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN.

We recently stayed over the 4th of July weekend. This home comfortably housed two families with kids. It was two blocks from restaurants, parks, the lake etc. Super clean and beautiful home with every detail covered. We visited Silverwood theme park two of the days. The house was the perfect home base about 25 min. away or so. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 Enjoyed our stay. Communication was on point, they even found us an extra cooler for our boat days on the lake, left us some wine & coffee on check in, and even sent our belongings that we left behind back to us! We appreciate the team at Evolve and excellent service from Shelly!

Only a few blocks to great shopping and restaurants. So nice to be able to walk into town yet be on such a quiet street. Lovely home with great layout. Family loved hanging out together in large kitchen/family room and yet everyone had their own sleeping quarters. Owner easy to contact and very responsive. Although 2 parking spaces available behind house, was not needed. Ample street parking in front of house. Easy access with keyless lock. Comfortable beds and linens. Owner has thought of everything to make your visit wonderful; even a welcoming gift of wine and coffee.

Walk to downtown. Everything we could possibly want in an excellent rental. Well and beautifully stocked. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths up with 1 bedroom and half bath down which worked great for our families. Could not have been more pleased. Owner always quick to respond via text.

Very clean, new, and contemporary. Everything was in excellent condition. Had many amenities. Rooms were huge. Master bedroom had a walkout 2nd floor balcony and the 1st front porch was very inviting. Shelly, the owner, was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Not one bad thing to say!!

Everything in the house was thoughtful, high- quality and like I was staying with family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this rental - tops my all time list! Easy check-in and check out. Attentive host! Centrally located to town, the lake, shopping, restaurants and bars. Tucked in beautifully on a quiet, family-friendly and walkable street. We stayed in this house for a girls weekend trip. Everything looked brand new and the house was extremely clean with more than enough towels for the 7 of us. The kitchen was stocked and they even left us a fresh bag of coffee. The owners/property managers were very responsive to any questions we had. The location was PERFECT (a very short walk to Sherman Ave). I am always cautious when renting homes for a trip but this house was cleaner and nicer than any hotel I've stayed in!
