Great Stay

Everything about this place was great! We found the place to be just as described; clean, well organized, easy to find, close to town, quiet neighborhood, plenty of space and everything we needed for our weekend. The owner was prompt with answering questions and thoughtful with making sure our needs were met. We would stay here again, to be sure.

Fun Getaway Place

The house was very clean and was just as described. It was well supplied, very light and airy. The neighborhood is nice and walkable. Close to the lake and to restaurants on Sherman Ave, and far enough from town to be quiet and not crowded. The only thing to note, which is no fault of the homeowners, is that the address given on Google Maps from the VRBO site is nextdoor to the actual house. Be sure to look at the address given on VRBO.

Great rental!!

This place far surpassed our expectations! Perfect quiet neighborhood, walking distance to everything! The pics don’t do it justice… it’s way cuter in person. Comfortable beds & pillows and fully stocked. The backyard is so charming with a little play addition being added that was the highlight for our kids. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 😊

Family Vacation

Perfect location of downtown and the beach. Enjoyed the car show downtown. Perfect fit for our young adult kids and us. Our girls loved the ping pong table and fire pit! Master bed was supper comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Home

We picked this house for the close proximity to Coeur d’Alene and Spokane. We have family in Spokane and love the town of CdA. The house was very clean, comfortable, and updated. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house since it was a short trip, but there was plenty of games and things to do at the house if we would have had more time.

Fantastic Stay

Ski Retreat

We had a great stay in Sandpoint. The location was convenient to the mountain, shops and restaurants. There was plenty of room for my wife and I are our two grown sons. We were able to prepare our breakfast and sack lunches as well as a nice Saturday night dinner.
