About this property

CLEANEST remodeled home in Coeur d'Alene Private Yard - Near Silverwood 3 Queens

  • Clean, comfortable 1 story house with two private master suites only steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. Less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River. There is a jogger stroller in the garage for guests to use if you want to explore the miles of walking trails in the neighborhood, or throughout Coeur d’Alene (CDA). Check out a video of the house by watching our YouTube video.

The first master bedroom is over sized, and has 2 queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tile shower. The second master has one queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We also have several items to make your stay in Coeur d'Alene more enjoyable like beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, a stroller, cornhole boards, and pickleball paddles and balls. These items are all available for no charge, and you can use them as you wish.

The entire house including all of the amenities- the back yard is private, and includes 2 tables, cozy patio furniture, a gas BBQ, and a gas fire pit. Enjoy a beautiful Coeur d’Alene sunset with a glass of local wine, or a local craft beer.

We are available for you throughout your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you! We live extremely close to the house, so just let us know if you need anything! No request is too big or too small. Self check-in is available for you!

There is a community-wide paved trail network with close (500 feet) easy access to the Prairie Trail, the Centennial Trail, the Kroc Center, local restaurants, stores, shops, Lake Coeur d'Alene, and countless parks & trails. We are relatively close to the Coeur d’Alene Rifle & Pistol Club, and while this is a convenience to most guests, there are occasionally gunshots that can be heard while outside. Please don’t be alarmed.

There is plenty of parking on-site. The garage, the driveway, and on the street.

The house was very nice and clean. It even had ping pong in the garage for the kids. And we were gifted homemade sour dough bread upon arrival and it was amazing.

Perfect CDA stay

Very clean and well equipped home. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close to everything, short drive to downtown or down to the river for coffee. Home stayed warm and I appreciated the K-Cups and creamer. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing getaway home!

This was honestly one of the nicest rental homes our family has ever visited. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with appreciated entertainment extras, and unexpectedly provided hotel-like complimentary convenience items. No effort was spared in making this an enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. We loved it, and would absolutely re-book for any future area trips.

Comfy

Your home is so welcoming. It had everything you need for a getaway for cooking, bedding, showers and just to be comfy and relax for a getaway. Loved our morning walks through the neighborhoods in the early morning. Central location from stores, breweries, shopping and casinos. Again a very welcoming home to stay at for a get away.

Absolutely spotless condition. Located in a safe, attractive neighborhood. Near several parks and only minutes from downtown. Got seniors? No stairs. Got kids? No knickknacks. Plenty of gear for outside sports and exploration of nearby natural environment. Modest price for what’s on offer here. Would be our first choice for our next visit to the area.
