This home was wonderful for our family's vacation to Florida. The chic boho decor was cozy and inviting, and our group of six was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, the pool table brought out the competition in us, and the pool and deck area gave us hours of outdoor enjoyment--morning, afternoon, and night--with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed having an open kitchen and dining area to cook and share our meals. The only attribute that wasn't our favorite was the fact that the flooring, while beautifully laid and updated, had different levels. (The living room area is one inch lower than the kitchen/dining, and the pool room is a step down from the kitchen.) We have a family member with mobility issues, and he struggled with stumbling over the uneven areas. Obviously, this would not be an issue for most folks, but we thought it is worth mentioning for any future renters who might have struggles with mobility.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with interesting wildlife to observe--tiny lizards scamper over the sidewalk, and a flock of white ibises thrilled our youngest member when they visited everyday. We were close to grocery stores, convenient stores, gas stations, and a fun Irish pub restaurant. We were close to a reputable medical facilty, which was needed at one point. It was a convenient location for our trips to the beach and Disney World. We felt extremely blessed to have this house as our "home" to return to each day.
