I have to be honest, I am torn between writing an honest review and keeping my mouth shut in the hopes that this gem of a property has plenty of availability in the future. Truthfully, this place is special. The dock and access to the river is absolutely incredible. While relaxing on the dock we were greeted by dolphins and manatee floating by. Osprey, egrets, water turkeys, and pelicans where everywhere. If you like nature, this is the place. Beyond access to the river, the beach was just a short stroll away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were kind and welcoming. The house itself was clean, spacious, and quiet. Outside of the neighborhood downtown Cocoa Beach was in easy biking distance. If biking isn't your thing Ubers were plentiful and quick. If you are looking for a place to recharge, reset, and find a little peace with easy access to everything that is amazing about the greater Cocoa Beach area do yourself a favor and book this place.Just please don't do it in early January, because we are hoping to make it a yearly stop for us.
