We love the house inside and out! The canal wildlife watching was amazing. The coffee maker didn’t work and we got a new one delivered the first day. The only negative for us was crossing the 5-lane hwy to get to the beach. We thought the house was behind the other Publix where we have stayed previously.

Beautiful Manatee heaven

Ok- I cannot say enough!!!!!Amazing, clean, well kept and supplied house with Amazing patio/outside space. Just beautiful and the manatee were there to put on a show. Coffee on the water with the nature. Kayaking on the bay!! And I cannot forget how responsive and helpful the property manager was. Downside…..NADA! Just a 2 block walk to the beach, 3 block to pier. Close to good restaurants (Mexican, Sushi, etc). The drive to/from airport is Easy Peasy!

Perfection!

The best stay we’ve ever had. The home was absolutely gorgeous, clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was comfortable and a great location. Perfect for families. It felt tropical and watching the manatees was an amazing experience. I would recommend this to place to anyone, I would re-book in heartbeat.

Little Gem!

This place is everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach. Located minutes from the beach, clean and quiet in the evenings. The herd of manatees in the cove was a nice surprise.

Perfect!

The house is absolutely awesome. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Our family enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area and watching the Manatees swim in the river. We can’t wait to come back again. The rental process was seamless and Zareh the representative was extremely helpful with any questions we had.

Fantastic place!

I read the reviews before I stayed here and thought, how is it possible that every reviewer raves about this place? Well, it's because it's that amazing. It's a great location, a great house, it has everything you could ever want or need, and it is super clean! If we stay in Cocoa Beach again, we will be back. This house was hands down the best rental we have ever rented anywhere.

Super nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Property was super clean and well maintained and plenty of room for our family of 5. I did think we would be able to walk to the beach but it wasn’t as convenient as I was thinking….you have to cross the busy, main highway and that just didn’t work out for us with my 2 year old grandson. We just drove and parked at the Pier the days we went to the beach, which was a super close, easy access by car.

Perfect vacation

This home is PERFECT! We enjoyed the back patio & pool so much that we didn’t even go to the beach a couple days. The landscaping is beautiful! We loved watching the manatee's playing in the river. Even caught a couple rocket launches from the front yard. The house is very nice and comfortable. We cannot rave enough about it. It was just the two of us this trip but we’ll definitely be back and bring our kids and grandkids.

Absolutely PERFECT

We decided to come to Cocoa Beach (somewhere we’ve never been) for the second part of our Honeymoon. This house was everything we wanted and MORE!! From the beautiful furnishings (not to mention extremely comfortable bed!), to the amazing master bath, to the all the beach toys and necessities (including fishing poles and bikes!) you could ever want, to the private pool and patio seating, to the spacious kitchen, EVERYTHING was so great! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We could walk to the Publix and to the beach and famous pier all under 10 min! The communication with the owners was quick and so friendly! We loved every bit of it. One special perk was the morning coffee out on the deck with our new manatee friends. We fell in love with this area and plan to return as often as possible! We will definitely be rebooking!

AMAZING

The pictures are spot on! This is a beautiful home. The owners have it stocked for a good start (toilet paper, tissues, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee). They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. There is a Publix two blocks away for groceries and anything you may have forgotten. We appreciated the use of the kayaks so we could sit on the water and watch the manatees. They were in the inlet EVERY DAY ALL DAY - BEAUTIFUL CREATURES! We also saw a dolphin at the mouth of the inlet when we kayaked to the mouth. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards at the beach. We all enjoyed the foosball table. We also appreciated the beach towels. Definitely a 5 out of 5!

Perfect honeymoon getaway!

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at this property for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect for us! We brought our 22 ft. boat and had no problem docking at the property, tying it off to the floating dock. We love to cook and stayed in for dinner every night. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything we needed. Publix is right around the corner which makes shopping easy! It was so nice to be able to watch the manatees in the canal each day. Our communication with the property manager was great and they were very accommodating with any questions we may have had. The location of this house was perfect for us and I would HIGHLY recommend booking the property for anyone looking in the area! We will definitely book it again if we find ourselves back in the area!

10 Minute walk to beach

The house location was great. 5 minute walk to a grocery store and 10 to the beach. The view of the canal was great and we did see a Manatee in the corner of the canal.

Relaxing & Wonderful

Our stay couldn't have been better! The weather was incredible, mid 70's low humidity. We watched Manatees playing everyday day, one day four of them all day. I walked out onto the dock to take a sunset picture and a dolphin swam right under where I was sitting on the dock, watched a SpaceX rocket launch from the front yard. We are already talking about our vacation next year. The house is actually good for two families with children. Plenty of room. Kids would love swimming in the pool. Spent many afternoons just sitting out on the patio reading a book on my Kindle. Hope the next person enjoys this wonderful home as much as we did

Great place to stay!

This was a beautiful home with a great location. Charlie made it super easy to check in and was a great communicator. The home was not only beautiful, but comfortable too. It had all of the right amenities. We even had dolphins and manatees visit in the channel. The house is only a few blocks from the beach. It also is close to a large grocery store. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a great week here!

The house was just as listed. All amenities were good - linens, towels, water in the fridge, coffee pods... It was very comfortable and well equipped. The backyard decks (with a swim spa) and dock were great. We had excellent weather and spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings on the porch and in the pool. Used the kayak to paddle out to the river and see the sunset. It was a very nice relaxing way to start and end the days. We even had a Manatee stop by in the morning and played around the dock for a bit. As for Cocoa Beach, we kayaked through the mangroves with Cocoa Kayaking, rented a Craig Cat boat (look it up, it was great fun!) from Cape Crossing Boat Rental, and saw a rocket launch and landing. Food was mostly excellent. Highly recommend Florida Fresh Grill for fresh fish and scallops (get there early, they get backed up and don't seem to take reservations). Grills Seafood at the cruise ship port was also very good and most days you can watch the cruise ships sail out between 4 and 5. Surprisingly the Hilton Longboards Tiki Beach Grill was very good for a drink or lunch. It was easy to get to and right on the beach. This is where we watched the launch and it was spectacular. All in all it was a great week and we are definitely considering coming back to this property again.

The house was beautiful it had everything we needed.

The hosts were very thoughtful when it comes to having everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool spa was very nice and well maintained. The dolphins we seen from the backyard wet an added bonus. Fishing was good off the dock! Now we wish we would have stayed longer and we will definitely book this place again.
