The Oceanlena is a 2300 sq ft 4-bed, 3 1/2 bath unique luxury home located in the most desirable area of Cocoa beach, with sleeping accommodations up to 10. The Oceanlena comes well equipped with everything you need. Upstairs, enjoy the lounge and dining area open to the large wraparound kitchen with island and barstools, find the balcony off your upstairs lounge providing ocean views. Upstairs is a master queen bedroom- master bath, large walk-in closet and half bath. Downstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 master queen bedroom-with master bath, 2 queen bedrooms, plus 1 full bathroom. 65-inch Ultra HDTV smart TV in lounge. 4 bedrooms have Ultra HDTV (42"or 32”-inch HDTV smart TV). Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi access included.The Oceanlena comes well presented with all the necessities you will need for the most memorable vacation. Outside, enjoy fenced private heated pool and spa, outdoor shower.

The beautifully landscaped native plants and large palm trees surround the brick paver patio/pool area and BBQ gas grill.
2 sunning lounge chairs 2 outdoor dining areas with umbrellas (one in sun, one in shade), This becomes you oasis. Included in the rental is all electricity, gas, A/C, heating for the house, pool and spa, paper products, soaps, linens, bath and beach towels, enclosed garage, double drive parking spaces, Spectrum cable, wireless Internet access, 2 beach wagons, surf boards, body boards, beach umbrella and chairs, cooler, beach towels.

The Oceanlena location is close to, supermarkets, (Publix) restaurants and most things you'll need. Easy 45-minute drive from Orlando International Airport. 20 minutes to the Space Center. One hour by car to Disney, Universal and Orlando attractions.

Very clean and welcoming decor. Great communication leading up to rental start. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need. Clear and easy house rules. The house has everything you need and then some. The beach equipment is awesome to have being just steps away from the beach!

The property was amazing! Beautiful and well cared for inside and out. The space was perfect for our family of ten, allowing everyone a comfortable place to rest and spread out when needed. The patio and deck spaces were an extra bonus! The home had all the amenities needed for our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms, laundry, outdoor grill and water toys. The location was exactly what we hoped it would be, mere steps from the beach/ocean and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. The hosts, Lena and Chris, were super friendly and very helpful/prompt with all our requests and questions. Our only quibble was the pool/ hot tub were not working in the fact that they were not heated (heating unit broke and was on back order). Had our stay been in May, this feature would not have been an issue, but since it was January, the heat was warranted. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this detail until after we arrived. While, this is something we would've liked to have known about prior to arrival, it did not prevent us from enjoying all the other amazing attributes this property offered. Though our stay was short, we had the best time and would definitely love to stay here again!

My second stay, because this house has so many nice things about it. Owners provide many items that make the stay easier: beach stuff, pool stuff, small children items and security. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach and a couple bars. Short drive to several restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the pool area. Pool landscape makes it so relaxing. Real easy drive from the Orlando airport. Owners were fantastic to work with. Easy to communicate with. Can't wait to get back there.

Beautiful place and great location. The house was very tastefully decorated and pool/patio area were both private and expansive. Hosts were accessible throughout. We were steps from the beach and had easy access to many great restaurants. We even caught a launch one night from the beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, perfect location!

The host had excellent communication leading up to our stay. When we arrived at the property everything was perfect! It was clean, plenty of space and the pool and spa were Devine! In addition everything was so close by!!! We had the best stay. It was so nice being able to walk to the beach! Forget something? Walk to the house, need to cool off on the pool? No problem! I will absolutely be booking this property again for future stays!

The house was exactly as described, clean, well kept and owners had great communication before, during and after the trip. The beach is a 2 min walk from the house and the complimentary beach chairs, cooler and wagons made the trip easy. Great beaches and close enough to watch the rocket launches from the cape if your schedule lines up. Over all 12/10 experince would book again in a heart beat.

We loved the house, patio, heated pool and hot tub. Very close to the uncrowded beach. Everything you need as far as supplies and accommodations. Also, it is close enough to the airport and to Orlando. We spent a day at Discovery Cove which was absolutely wonderful, ate twice at the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier right down the beach. We also saw a rocket launch. Some family members did parasailing. There was a problem with the grill and the owners replaced it within two hours. Great hosts! We loved it all!

Great location for a beach getaway

This stay was just as expected. The house was clean, the pool was stunning, and the beach was just a few steps away! We had an A/C concern and the property manager got it taken care of without hesitation! Great property and great experience!

Another Wonderful Stay

This house checked all of the boxes for our family. This is our second time here and we will definitely book again. The kids loved the pool and just a short walk to the beach. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The hosts are very responsive and excellent to work with. Definitely a 10!
